Up River Outfitter is a veteran owned/operated fishing guide service by Kevin Witte. He grew up in Ephrata, Washington and has been local to Colville Washington for roughly 7 years. We pride ourselves on ensuring our clients have a great day of fishing - no matter the species you choose to chase.
The Finest Fishing Experience
We typically target trout/kokanee in winter/spring on Roosevelt and walleye are best caught in early spring-summer. Keeper sturgeon season on Roosevelt shifted in 2023 to late fall. We also can do catch and release sturgeon during September/October on the Columbia. We target King Salmon on the Columbia September/October.
Your booking includes a full day guided trip with all gear, bait and knowledge provided. Additionally, we will fillet your catch at the end of the day. All you need to bring is yourself, fishing licences, and your choice of drinks and snacks for the day. Added bonus we do have a heater for colder months and a mister for hot weather to make your trip more comfortable.
